Technology can be seen in many lights, where some may find passion, others find nothing but issues and headaches. The truth of it is, no matter how you feel, technology is around and will be a massive part of our lives for the rest of our existence. I am boots on the ground for this giant that we all have to deal with. When issues arise, I am the first there to dissect and fix. Printer jams? Done. Laptop won't turn on? Done. We have a massive testing issue and need a mass update of every device in the school? Done. Student has locked themselves out of their device? Done. Missing IP and subnet from a RISO? Done? A whole presentation hinges on a video being played to hundreds, maybe even thousands of people, then tech strikes and there is no sound. What happens? Who is there to fix this? Us the Technicians. We fix every issue from A to Z as long as it has a battery or a screen. If we don't know, we will find someone who does, and your issue WILL get fixed. By, us the Technicians.
