Saturday March 29, 2025 1:00pm - 2:45pm MDT
This  session will explore the potential of Generative AI as a tool for creative thinking and critical inquiry in education. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that challenge assumptions, foster experimentation, and encourage reflection on how AI-generated content influences our perceptions and biases.

Through quickfire iterative exercises, attendees will experiment with Gen AI prompts, analyze AI-generated responses, and discuss ethical considerations, including bias and the role of metaphors in shaping our understanding of AI. The session emphasizes active engagement, critical thinking, and collaborative exploration, offering practical insights for educators on integrating AI into their teaching practices. Participants will leave with new strategies for using AI intentionally, balancing creativity with skepticism, and leveraging AI as a thought partner rather than a passive tool.
