The Las Cruces Public Schools Preschool Dual Language Program is dedicated to fostering a culturally and linguistically enriched environment that celebrates both children and their families. This session is designed for classroom staff and administrators interested in learning more about GLAD (Guided Language Acquisition Design). Participants will explore GLAD strategies that help early childhood educators support dual language development in young learners. Through meaningful discussions, participants will gain insights into how to intentionally plan for language learning that goes beyond the basics. By the end of the session, attendees will have a deeper understanding of GLAD strategies and how to implement them effectively in the classroom to support dual language learners.
